Gray-Nicolls Trophy

Since 1977, ESCA has awarded the Gray-Nicolls Trophy for the most improved school cricketer. A significant number of these young cricketers have gone on to have successful professional and even international careers, including Mark Ramprakash, Ian Bell, Graeme Swann and, most recently Jacob Bethell.
